Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Website Setup Service for your business, with full ownership of the delivered website upon payment. You agree to access only one User Account unless we permit otherwise.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of the Website Setup Service, all sales are final but come with a 30-day money-back guarantee if you’re not satisfied, provided you request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Occasional promotional rates may apply for new clients, with terms detailed at the time of offer.

8. Support

Payments for the Website Setup Service are processed through Stripe. By using our Website, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of Stripe. We do not store any payment information and are not responsible for any issues that may arise during the payment process.

12. Customer Restrictions

  • Use the Service in any manner that violates laws or regulations.
  • Modify the delivered website’s core code without our consent.
  • Share your access or account information with any third party without permission.
